End users opt in to receive SMS messages from MaxxCity Realty by completing a contact, property inquiry, home search, buyer consultation, seller consultation, or account setup form on MaxxCityRealty.com or MaxxCityHomes.com. Each form includes a required phone number field and two separate, unchecked SMS consent checkboxes — one for transactional/real estate service messages and one for promotional/marketing messages.
Only users who actively check one or both SMS consent checkboxes are opted in to that category. The checkboxes are never pre-checked. Submitting a form without checking either consent box does not constitute opt-in to SMS communications. Each consent type is recorded and stored independently.
