Bruce Malyon is the Broker and Owner of MaxxCity Realty, a full-service Florida real estate brokerage founded on a simple principle: clients deserve exceptional service, outstanding results, and the opportunity to keep more of their hard-earned equity.
Bruce began his real estate career in Canada in 2006 and transitioned to the United States full-time in 2009. After relocating to Florida in 2018, he continued building on more than 15 years of active real estate experience. Over the years, Bruce has personally purchased, renovated, and sold investment properties, giving him firsthand insight into how to maximize property value and make smart real estate decisions.
